From the recruitment stage and our rigorous training to certified standards (including City & Guilds accreditation, Institute of Leadership and Management Levels, Customer Care and Conflict Management) through to continuous assessment and development, we aim for all our employees to achieve their own and our own business objectives.

We operate a strict monthly Performance Management process to ensure standards and performance levels are maintained high whilst under performance is quickly identified and expertly dealt with.
Extended Learning and Development Family
In addition to our dedicated trainers, each contract has a trained member of staff who has local knowledge of the specific training needs of their client. Qualified to a higher City & Guilds standard, they can deliver knowledgeable learning to individual contracts.
