The Learning and Development Department at APCOA is a key function and provides Learning and Development opportunities throughout the business and externally.
APCOA's core learning and Development Team is headed by the Director of People and Services. The team is supported by an Extended Learning and Development Family of approx. 40 local trainers.
The highly qualified team delivers training to accredited standards.
We have a direct Claims Status from two Awarding Bodies, the Institute of Leadership and Management and City & Guilds.
APCOA Learning & Development Team has been recognised for its excellence in training externally for the last three years.
- 2010 APCOA won Regional National Training Award* thereby obtained recognition outside of our industry. The judges deemed APCOA's entry to be: "outstanding within the region
- 2009 APCOA won the Alpha Parking Training Award at the BPA Awards Ceremony
- 2008 APCOA was awarded the Training Award at the Inaugural Civil Enforcement Awards
These three consecutive wins recognise APCOA Learning & Development programme of work as a model of best practise for the industry and outside, and one we can proudly promote to existing and new clients alike.
