Purchase of a Flexi-Pass permit via this on-line service confirms that you agree to the terms and conditions for purchase and will at all times use the permit in accordance with them.

By purchasing a Flexi-Pass permit you also acknowledge and accept the APCOA Terms and Conditions of Parking (link). The Terms and Conditions of parking are also displayed on signage at the car park and in the event of any requirements that apply to a particular car park (for example the hours of operation) then the displayed Terms and Conditions are the ones that apply to your use of that car park.

  • Flexi-Pass permits are available via this on-line service, for car parks managed by APCOA Parking UK Ltd on behalf of GoviaThameslink Railways (GTR).
  • Flexi-Pass permits entitle the holder to park for a set number of visits within the advertised Validity Period, currently 56 days, 28 days, or such other timescale as is shown on the website.
  • Flexi-Pass is a virtual permit product available for use at selected car parks which is controlled by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. No physical permit is issued and there is no need to display any physical permit in your vehicle.
  • Flexi-Pass is only available at your selected location and your selected vehicle. The permits cannot be used at any other car parks or by any other vehicle(s).
  • If you park a vehicle that is different to the vehicle you entered on the website or that is shown on your Flexi-Pass permit, can result in you being issued with a Penalty Notice.
  • If you have more than one vehicle on your account, it is your responsibility to change the ‘active’ vehicle to the one you are driving. You can do this on the APCOA Flexi-Pass website. Failure to do so can result in a Penalty Notice being issued to you.
  • Flexi-Pass is a flexible product which offers a discount in return for a commitment to a minimum number of visits.
  • Flexi-Pass permits are non-refundable once used. Should you wish to cancel the Flexi-Pass within a short time after its issue then please contact our Customer Service Centre about this. However, please note that the discount against the normal price of parking is applied to the end of the Validity Period of the Flexi-Pass, so that any refund will be less than a proportionate part of the whole for the period cancelled and there may be an administration charge made for dealing with such a cancellation.
  • Visits remaining unused at the end of the Validity Period are non-refundable.
  • Once all purchased visits within the Validity Period are used further payment is required to avoid a penalty notice being issued for non-payment on any visits not covered by the Flexi-Pass permit.
  • Unused visits on a previous Multi-Pass cannot be transferred and do not roll over to the new or renewed Flexi-Pass.
  • Information on remaining visits can be found in the ‘My Account’ area of the Flexi-Pass website.
  • Visits will be calculated and deducted from your account based on one visit per day calculated on 24 hours from the time you first enter the car park.
  • Multiple entries and exits within one calendar day are classed as one visit.
  • You can renew your Flexi-Pass online at seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk in “Retrieve Booking” section. When renewing your Multi-Pass, the start date will commence immediately after your current pass expiry date. If there is a gap between the end of a current Multi-Pass and the start of a new one, it will be classed as a new Flexi-Pass and not a renewal of an existing one. Any new Flexi-Pass will not take effect until the first day of the selected period. Please plan your parking sessions accordingly.
  • Use of the Flexi-Pass permit is only permitted in accordance with the terms and conditions as displayed in the car park including:
  1. No vehicle may be parked in such a way as to cause an obstruction to others within the boundaries of the car park.
  2. No vehicle may be parked out of a marked parking bay or a designated parking area.
  3. Vehicles found to be causing an obstruction may be moved within or removed from the car park and the driver/owner may be liable for any removal/storage and other costs incurred.
  • Purchasing a Flexi-Pass permit does not guarantee a space, and parking is on a first come first served basis.
  • Flexi-Pass holders may park in any available space unless indicated otherwise by signage on site.
  • You confirm to us that all information you provide us in connection with the provision of parking services will be correct and complete and in particular that you are the person registered as the keeper of or are authorised by them to use and register any vehicle (including its registration mark) for the purposes of the provision of parking services.
