The Role:
We have an opportunity for a maternity cover in Terminal 2 Control Room, we are looking for someone who is a good communicator with excellent command of the English language and previous experience of working within an operational control room would be desirable. The role requires you to work as part of the on-site APCOA team, based at MSCP 2 One Network Parking Control Room responsible for handling 1st stage queries from customers. Working a shift pattern of 6 on and 3 off. 3 x Early shifts 05:00 to 14:00, 3 x Late shifts 14:00 to 23:00, 3 days off.
