Location: Heathrow Airport
Salary: £17,908.80 per annum Grade E
The Role:
You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service in regards to the safety and security of the car park, our customers, and our client‘s property. Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment. Ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with service level agreements (SLA) Maintain a standard of deportment and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible manner. Spoken and written English with clear communication skills are an essential as there will be a requirement to deal with customers on the telephone and on an individual basis. Full UK driving licences would be desirable. Comprehensive induction and training will be given.
