There are various payment options available for customers when parking at First Great Western Car Parks. Parking made quick and convenient.
Pay using the Machine
Start - Enter your Registration
Enter your FULL Vehicle Registration Mark via the keypad at the time of purchase.
Payment - Coin
Check tariff and insert correct amount of money for your required parking duration.
Press the green button to confirm, and display ticket in vehicle.
No change provided.
Payment - Card
Insert card, and select tariff using the yellow button.
To confirm amount, select the green button and follow pin pad instructions. Display ticket in vehicle.
APCOA Connect
Call 01895 262 122 as soon as you have parked your vehicle.
You will require:
- Car Park Location Code (please refer to the car park signage for location code)
- Payment card details.
- Registration Number.
Blue Badge Holders

Start - Select the Blue Badge button
Enter your Full Vehicle Registration via the keypad at the time of purchase
Select Green Button. Display ticket in vehicle along side a valid Blue Badge

Blue Badge Holders paying by APCOA Connect
Blue Badge Holders
Call 01895 262 122 as soon as you
have parked your vehicle.
You will require:
1. Discounted car park location code for Blue Badge users (please refer to the car park signage for location code)
2. Registration Number.
3. Ensure you have correctly displayed your Blue Badge before leaving the car park
Blue Badge customers should configure reminders and confirmation SMS to STOP, if they want to experience the full discount, otherwise customers will be charged a fee.
APCOA Connect AutoPay & LatePay
Auto Pay
APCOA AutoPay allows users at ANPR-enabled locations to park without having to worry about paying on the day Customers are charged on a daily, weekly or monthly
Late Pay
APCOA LatePay is a post-pay option for any customer, registered or not, who fails to pay on the day they park at any ANPR-enabled location. Users can pay online up to 24 hours later and thus avoid enforcement action
- Visit APCOA Connect website and select AutoPay or LatePay option
- Enter vehicle registration information (along with selected tariff in the case of AutoPay)
- Enter payment information. All customer information is held in compliance to DPA and DSS security standards.
