Guests who purchase a valid “Twice the Fun” day ticket shall be entitled to one complimentary day ticket to an Attraction (as defined below) of their choice. Subject to availability. Offer live from 10:00 GMT on 21 July 2025 until 23:59 GMT on 17 August 2025 (“Offer Period”). A specific “Twice the Fun” ticket must be purchased within the Offer Period in order to be eligible for this promotion. To be eligible for this promotion, both visits must occur between 21 July 2025 and 30 September 2025, and both visits must be pre-booked with the relevant Attraction. Once a visit has occurred, the other linked ticket shall become non-refundable. Twice the Fun ticket offer is only available for tickets purchased online for Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park (the “Attractions”) via either the Attractions’ own website or selected trade partners. Guests may choose to visit a different Attraction on their second visit. Tickets are non-transferable and both visits must be booked under the same name and attended by the same guests. Entry may be refused if the lead booker name does not match the name listed on the original booking. Please keep the booking email from your first visit, as it may be required to verify your details for your second visit. The lead booker may be required to provide proof of their identity on arrival to the Attraction. Guests under 90cm go free at Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Guests under 120cm go free at Thorpe Park. All ticket types are subject to attraction Terms and Conditions of Entry including ride, age and height restrictions. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park. Can I use my free second visit at the same attraction as my first visit?
Yes, you may use your free second visit at the same park as your first. Please note that you need to pre-book your second day in advance.
Booking your second visit is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Book your first visit here and download your tickets for easy entry.
- After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your booking details and a barcode. Keep this email safe, you’ll need it to redeem your second visit.
- You have until 30th September 2025 to redeem and enjoy your complimentary second visit.
- To book your second visit, visit our website, click on the logo of the theme park you want to visit, and follow the booking steps.
- When prompted, enter the barcode(s) from your original booking confirmation email and complete your second booking.Each ticket purchased has a unique barcode. If there are 4 guests in your booking, you will be required to input all 4 unique barcodes from your original booking.

When can I use my tickets?
Your first visit and free second visit must be booked and used by the 30th September 2025.
What order do I have to do the attractions in?
You are required to make your first visit to the attraction you originally booked through. After your initial visit, you’re free to choose any participating attraction for your complimentary second visit, as long as both visits are booked within the designated dates.
I have booked a short break, am I eligible for this promotion?
Unfortunately not – however, Short Breaks at Merlin attractions often include a variety of exclusive benefits, such as early park access, special discounts, and accommodation packages. For details on what is included in your Short Break, please visit the website of the attraction(s) you plan to visit.
Do I need to pre-book my second visit, or can I simply walk up to the admissions gate?
You must pre-book your second visit, this is essential to guarantee entry as all attractions are subject to availability. Booking your second visit is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

I have already booked my tickets can I still get the offer?
If you booked your tickets before the 21st July, your booking will not be eligible for this offer.
The "Twice the Fun" offer only applies to new standard online ticket bookings made between 21st July and 17th August via our attraction websites. It cannot be applied to previous bookings, and we are unable to retrospectively add the offer to existing reservations.
What happens if I don’t redeem my second visit by 30th September?
Unfortunately, if you don’t redeem and visit by 30th September 2025, the offer expires and you won’t be able to use the free second visit.
Can I upgrade my tickets to a Merlin Annual Pass?
Yes, you can upgrade your tickets to a Merlin Annual Pass, this must be done at the attraction on the day of your visit. Be sure to speak to a member of staff during your visit to arrange the upgrade before you leave.
Can I still get an Essential Companion ticket, and how do I book one?
Yes, essential companion tickets are available for guests who require assistance during their visit. These can be collected on the day of your visit, please check the accessibility section of our attraction website for details on eligibility and the documentation required.
If I need a Ride Access Pass, do I need to book it in advance?
The Ride Access Pass is designed to assist guests who cannot use standard queues due to a disability or medical condition. This pass allows eligible visitors to access rides through an alternative entrance, making their experience more comfortable and inclusive.
