The Ancoats Mobility Hub is an innovative project that supports the future development of the Poland Street area. The Hub provides spaces for resident and visitor parking, taking vehicles off local roads, as well as proving sustainable transport options in a community setting alongside the fully refurbished Ancoats Green. This next-generation multi-storey car park will hold space for 406 cars, 150 bicycles, car share vehicles, a parcel delivery hub, café, store, and nearly 15,000 sq ft of public realm.
Facilities at the Hub include:

- 102 electronic vehicle charging points, with potential for more
- Up to 30 spaces for car club/car share schemes
- 406 car parking spaces for residents and visitors
- Parcel delivery hub and parcel lockers that will centralise how local people can receive post and packages
- 400 rooftop solar panels
- Over 400sqm of green wall
- 24/7 authorised access, with staffed hours of 6am-11pm
