- Purchase of a Car Park Permit via this on-line service confirms that you agree to the terms and conditions for purchase/use.
- Car Park Permits purchased via this on-line service are only available where the customer has a valid rail season ticket.
- Car Park Permits are available via this on-line service, for car parks at any GWR rail station, where charges are applicable; except short stay and barrier controlled car parks.
- Car Park Permits are available for periods of one, three and twelve months; but can not expire more than 14 days after the expiry date of the rail season ticket.
- Customers may be randomly chosen to provide evidence of rail card, and that if false information is supplied the permit may revoked/cancelled without refunding.
- There is a pro rata charge for reissue of a lost car park permit.
- There is a £10.00 charge for a change of details.
- Refunds will be given for every whole month only less a £20.00 administration charge.
- The car park permit (or temporary 7 day permit) must be clearly displayed in the vehicle.
- Use of the car park permit is only permitted in accordance with the terms and conditions as displayed in the car park.
- This permit does not guarantee the holder a space, and parking is on a first come first served basis.
- Season ticket holders may only park in the designated parking areas for which they have been issued a permit.
- The valid permit must be clearly displayed at all times.
- No vehicle may be parked in such a way as to cause an obstruction to others within the boundaries of the car park.
- No vehicle may be parked out of a marked parking bay or a designated parking area
- Vehicles found to be causing an obstruction may be moved within or removed from the car park and the driver/owner may be liable for any removal/storage and other costs incurred.
