Location: Leeds Bradford Airport Industrial Estate

Salary: £7.50ph                       Grade E

 

The Role:

The role requires the successful candidate to transport customers vehicles within our car park grounds in a safe manner, carry out vehicle checks, provide face to face customer service as well as checking in and out customers. You will be self-motivated with a pro-active and can do attitude and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks, whilst being able to deliver an exceptional customer service on a daily basis. There are a number of positions and hours available.

Data Analyst PT 20 hours per week

Data Analyst – Working as part of the management team to ensure all operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: TBC                 Grade D

The Role:

Data Analyst – Working as part of the management team to ensure all operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.

Undertake detailed analysis and reporting for all our client’s in relation to the given contract(s) ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met

Assisting with reporting and report analysis. Strong Experience in Excel and SQL usage is a must.

Manage queries and strive for solutions to customer problems with ‘Right first time’ attitude

Handle telephone calls professionally and in line with the expected Service Level

Carry out tasks according to the given contract(s) Notice Processing procedure and guidelines

Use knowledge of processes, legislation and guidelines to effectively advise all customers

Salary: £15,915.90 per annum     Grade E

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, who will ensure that the car park service is delivered with a maximum efficiency, to conduct regular patrols and provide first line maintenance to the car park equipment. A flexible approach to work and willingness to perform other duties required. Punctuality, smart appearance and a flexible work ethic required for this demanding role working in a diverse team environment. Self-motivation is essential as this requires a high level of high customer service and previous experience of dealing with the public is desirable. Full UK/European Licence and a right to work in the UK essential
