To enable us to deal with your complaint effectively we need to ask you to put the details in writing, either through this contact form, or by letter to Support Services at APCOA Parking, Caroline House, 125 Bradshawgate, Bolton, BL2 1BJ. Complaints cannot be taken over the telephone.

If your complaint relates to a parking ticket, please include the ticket number and your registration details in your correspondence.

We are committed to investigating all complaints thoroughly and fairly and aim to respond within two weeks of your letter to advise you of the outcome.
