APCOA Blueprint is APCOA Parking’s revolutionary contract management and service delivery methodology. It is the outcome of a 12-month research and development exercise, which began in 2004 and which involved considerable investment in people and systems, including a joint venture with Microsoft. APCOA Blueprint was introduced across a number of the company’s contracts during 2005 and as a result, APCOA Parking believes this to be the benchmark by which the parking industry will be judged from now on.
APCOA Blueprint offers a team approach to operations, modern techniques for delivering high quality recruitment and training, real-time operational reporting (an industry first) with APCOA Profile and APCOA Dashboard, and a fully integrated, regular and multi-faceted system of audit and inspection.
