Appeals

Dear Customer

At present, we are not accepting Appeals or challenges relating to the issuing of a Parking Enforcement Notice (PEN) or Civil Parking Notice (CPN) via our website. (For information relating to Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) as issued on behalf of a Local Authority, please click HERE.)

The procedures for lodging an Appeal are detailed on the Notice itself, along with an address to which your Appeal should be sent. When lodging an Appeal or challenge, please ensure to include the following information in your correspondence;

Notice number, Vehicle Registration, location of issuance, the contravention code as stipulated on the Notice itself, a return address and any supporting documentation or evidence you may have to support your Appeal.

Upon receipt, your challenge to the issuing of the Notice will be investigated by the relevant Appeals Department, and a response will be sent to you, in writing, upon completion of this investigation.

Please note: once an Appeal or challenge is received, your Notice will be placed 'on hold' and will not progress to a higher charge until a response has been issued.

Thank you
